RETURN POLICY
Custom Print-on-Demand Items Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items We will provide a replacement or full refund for items that arrive:
- Damaged during shipping
- With printing defects or errors
- Significantly different from the product description
Return Process for Defective Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at jonathanoneil@jkosolutionsltd.com
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the defective item
- We will review and approve eligible returns within 2 business days
- Approved returns will receive a replacement or full refund
- No physical return shipping required for defective items
Exceptions
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return
- Custom personalized items with customer-provided text/images cannot be returned unless we made an error
- Sale items are final sale
Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
