SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
- All products are custom printed on demand after your order is placed
- Processing time: 3-7 business days for most items
- Processing may take longer during peak seasons or for complex designs
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships
Shipping Locations We currently ship to:
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
- United States (all 50 states)
Shipping Methods & Times Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and method selected
- Free shipping may be offered on orders over specified amounts (as displayed at checkout)
- US orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes (customer responsibility)
Order Tracking
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
- Track your package using the provided tracking number
- Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses
- PO Boxes accepted in both Canada and USA
- Orders may be delayed due to customs processing or carrier issues
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost packages will be investigated after carrier's specified timeframe
- Replacement or refund provided for confirmed lost/damaged shipments
Address Changes
- Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
- We cannot modify addresses once items enter production
- Incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping charges
