SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • All products are custom printed on demand after your order is placed
  • Processing time: 3-7 business days for most items
  • Processing may take longer during peak seasons or for complex designs
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships

Shipping Locations We currently ship to:

  • Canada (all provinces and territories)
  • United States (all 50 states)

Shipping Methods & Times Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and method selected
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over specified amounts (as displayed at checkout)
  • US orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes (customer responsibility)

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
  • Track your package using the provided tracking number
  • Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses
  • PO Boxes accepted in both Canada and USA
  • Orders may be delayed due to customs processing or carrier issues

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery
  • Lost packages will be investigated after carrier's specified timeframe
  • Replacement or refund provided for confirmed lost/damaged shipments

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
  • We cannot modify addresses once items enter production
  • Incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping charges
