4. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

  • Orders are confirmed upon payment processing
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Processing times: 3-7 business days for most items
  • Shipping times vary by location and method selected
  • Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Custom items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged
  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Approved returns receive replacement or full refund
  • Customer must provide photos for defective item claims

  • Customers may not reproduce or distribute our designs
  • Custom designs using customer-provided content must not infringe third-party rights

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Rock Apparel's liability is limited to the purchase price of products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
